During May, around 40 children took part a fair-trade chocolate (“Xocolatada de Comerς Just”) party and 60 people visited a “Human Traffic” exhibition in Barcelona. The exhibition takes a look at slavery in the 21st Century, sexual exploitation and trafficking in chocolate and focusses on some preventative strategies.
The children got to reflect on the issue in some of the most imaginative ways we have seen, such as like using plasticine! We feel it is a great illustration of how much fun you could have impacting on your own communities through raising awareness wherever you are!
The exhibition is currently being offered around to churches and schools to help spread the message!
