We here at the Stop the Traffik London office are really excited about “Lenutza,” a multi-media extravaganza that portrays the life of a run-away Romanian orphan. She joins a group of Gypsies, and ends up in slave labor on Morecambe Bay. Maybe not a subject for a Panto Christmas play, but something close to the heart of STT. The play runs from the 20th to the 22nd of December, at the Settle Victoria Theatre. 01729 825718 Despite it’s heavy subject, the show promises to be a modern day “Oliver” with light-hearted and funny elements. There’s even a music video on You Tube so click on the above link. We’ll send more information on this event soon.
